In reply to: [Hide YouTube Related Videos] Youtu.be linksWordPress accepts those links and displays the proper embed code, so I figured they were OK.
Regardless, I’ve activated this plugin and changed videos to use standard URLs, and related videos still appear. Here’s one of the videos I’m testing with.
I’m on WP 3.6.1 and the latest version of this plugin.

In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] map issueI am having the same issue, regardless of the theme (Twenty 12/13, Genesis child theme, etc)
Turns out there’s a conflict with the Store Locator Plus plugin. Deactivating that plugin resolves the error, and the map displays fine.
Yes, I posted about this same issue within the last 2 weeks. Ours grew to over 127,000 “pending” records, when we only had a little over 2,000 actual events in the database.
Never did find a solution or the cause.
No, “Allow anonymous event submissions?” is set to No, and I do not have a form page set up.
No go. I double and triple checked everything on your support page, and reads are not being published to my Facebook timeline. What are the next steps to troubleshoot this?
EDIT: I just saw that a new version is available. Since our website exclusively uses custom post types, I will try the update and let you know if this is resolved.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] [Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Disable Yoast on Certain Pages?I’m looking for the same thing. Any luck?
Rastarr, is it not safe to use with bbPress, or with custom post types?
Our site exclusively uses custom post types for things like news, stories, etc, and I was just about to test this plugin until I saw your response above.
Thanks…
Thanks for your help. I set the following in wp-config and I’m good to go.
define('EM_POST_TYPE_LOCATION','event-locations'); define('EM_POST_TYPE_LOCATION_SLUG','events/locations');
Just a reminder to anyone else trying this…don’t forget to re-save the Permalink settings after defining these settings.
Check the “Delete image files” checkbox under Options > General Options.
While this option gives the impression that it only deletes image files when removing an entire gallery, this also affects deleting image files within a gallery. Otherwise NGG will find the image you thought was deleted and re-add it to the gallery.
I’m following up on the first post in this thread, second question.
We have over 300 contributors on our site, and a majority of them will be adding galleries going forward. However, I don’t want everyone to see other user’s galleries or the galleries we’ve set up to control sliders and other features throughout the site.
What’s worse is that contributors cannot easily find their galleries (they have to wade through the hundreds of galleries).
Are there any plans to offer the following:
- For non-admins and editors, show galleries only for the current user under Manage Gallery. This is done for the upload page, so I assume it can also be done for the Manage Gallery page.
- Search by gallery name under Manage Gallery. Currently search is by image name only.
Thanks!
I need a drop-down that lists all US states and Canadian provinces, but this same issue prevents me from doing so.
I have manually updated the DB, but wanted to point this out.

In reply to: Nextgen gallery, delete images, they return when adding new onesI am seeing the exact same problem. Any ideas?
Any update on this? We’re getting a lot of submissions on this form, yet we have to manually copy or review data submitted in the form and paste/select it to the custom post since this plugin isn’t behaving as expected. That is, since things like drop-downs and radio buttons don’t display all terms, we have to manually populate these instead. Instead, only terms that have posts associated with them.
