This is probably a permission issue on your server which makes certain files unreadable.

We recommend that you try to change the server permissions for this plugin or ask your hosting provider to help you if you don’t know how to change that.

The bulk actions feature has been implemented in a recent version of the plugin.
Just check some users (user list in the backend) and select the verify/unverify action (from bulk actions field).

The “assigned to role” feature is a good idea, we added it to our todo list (even if it doesn’t have a high priority).

However, the “ask to verify” feature requires much more effort in implementation. We will only think about it if other users also request it!

I did a test with the Klein theme you provided me and as I thought it seems that this theme isn’t compatible with our plugin.

Usually I would advise to contact the theme support, but it seems the Klein theme is no longer supported. And there is unfortunately not much we can do on our side to fix that, as it is the responsibility of the theme to implement compatibility.

Can you please tell us what theme are you using on your website?

Also, you could always try to switch to one of the default WP themes like the Twenty Nineteen theme to see if it works. If it does, that means this is most likely an issue with the theme you are using.
