I guess in better words, what I want for the sticky element is to have it only fixed vertically and NOT fixed horizontally. Is this possible by making edits to the plugin?

In other words, what I am trying to accomplish is to have a sticky element that is fixed – but only within the div. So when I minimize the screen and scroll from left to right, the sticky element stays where it is and is not fixed relative to the viewport. That way, when I scroll from left to right when the screen is minimized, the sticky element doesn’t overlap with my content.

Hi, I couldn’t really find any good comment plugins with shortcodes. However I came across another comment plugin called wpDiscuz and asked if they would know how to integrate with your plugin.
