I had this same issue and it has to do with the WordPress Theme you are using. If the theme you are using doesn’t support featured images in posts than WPBook will randomly put an image in that spot.

I had to change my wp theme to fix it.

Facebook Support is what I mean by Facebook people. Those that work for Facebook.

Facebook completely deleted my original WPBook app. I made a new one and changed the CRON settings for WP-o-matic so it would check the RSS feeds less frequently. That was two weeks ago and they (Facebook) hasn’t deleted my newer WPBook App and it’s still integrated with WP-o-matic.

I have a similar issue.

WP is posting everything on the .com correctly, but the thumbnail that WPBook is sending is – 90% of the time – a different image. I have tried to replicate the posts that show the correct image but to no avail – they are still different.
