It’s not about one star rating, how can we respond if we don’t even get contacted? as I mentioned, I didn’t find any history on our email or support portal, so you can’t really blame us on this matter. Our support portal is linked on support tab of codecanyon product page, so, this really can’t be an issue for not being able to contact us.

Sorry to hear about your experience but we do not have any addons that costs $200 yearly. You’re probably misunderstanding or mixing up with some other addons. In our case, Addons are absolutely optional and costs around $15-$25 yearly for single site license.

And can you confirm where you’ve created the ticket? I don’t see any such long pending tickets on our support portal.

Yes there’s some kind of conflicts with IDM. IDM fetches the pdf file and forces download. There’s no solution from our end yet. can be solved on user end by adding an exception for PDF on IDM setting (This is definitely not a solution for site owner, needs to be done by individual users).

You can try adding the following css in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS field.

.modaal-wrapper.modaal-fullscreen{z-index: 100000;}
.modaal-overlay{z-index: 99999;}

Try adding important if you do not see any effect.

Hi,

It looks like a permalink issue. You can simply resolve it by resetting permalinks from Settings > Permalinks tab on your wp-admin area.

Let me know if that does not resolve the issue. I’ll investigate further in that case.
