1) It requires editing in theme files and it is not possible for us to provide support upto that extent for lite users.

2) Novellite theme contain section based layout. That’s why slider contain fullheight. Reducing it’s height require customization and it is time consuming too.
We can help you with the theme existing features and looks.

Yes got the issue. Thank you for pointing it out. For now you can use chrome browser for lead form. It will work fine.

Novel is a section based theme that’s why slider covering full section height and width. Changing it’s dimension required lot of customization. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to provide support up to that extend.
We can help you with the existing theme features (as they are).

If you upload single image in the customize > Slider Settings
First Slider Settings. Slider display one image only. If single image is not working please update your theme to the latest version.
It will work.
Please elaborate your second point little more. Do you want to show same image as a section background?

1) Adding note testimonial require lot of customization in the theme core files.
2) For default text Go to the Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS and paste code given below.

3) Please just add single team member. Other two will disappear.
