The home page and the internal pages are using different stylesheet.
Home page: https://www.myapp.netsons.org/wp-content/themes/HomePage/style.css (with background image for menu)

Internal page: https://www.myapp.netsons.org/wp-content/themes/iIng/styleIng.css (without background image for menu)

Since I am not familiar with the theme, I have no idea how to fix it.

When you create a post, it will show up in your home page and the home page certainly weighs more than your post page. Therefore, Google put your home page in the search result for the search terms that appear on the home page.

When you have created more posts so that the particular post with the search terms is pushed out of the home page, your post page will be able to rank for the search terms after Google re-indexes your site.

1) I think the adsense at the bottom of the site should be there as the color doesn’t match the background and it is aligned to the left
2) I think you need a theme with a wider content area because the images you uploaded is too wide, hence the right side of the images are cropped.

I viewed your site on Chrome and Firefox but can’t find any abnormalities. Can you elaborate what you mean by random display errors?
