What do you mean by “query the database”? I understand that having all your leads sent to MailChimp or other is even better (and that’s why we have the addons), but you can use the plugin as is without “querying” anything. You just need to “Users” in your dashboard and filter by the “BetterOptin” role. Have you seen this?

Hey Tobias,

We just pushed v0.1.0 of the extension we’ve been working on this afternoon. There are very few FooTable data attributes supported right now but the mechanics was the most important. We’ll add more attributes later on.

Thanks for your reply. I don’t know what changed exactly, but since one of the latest updates hooking a function to the_content(), even with a check on is_main_query() triggers that function in WordPress head. Still didn’t figure out what it is.
