In reply to: [WordPress.com Editing Toolkit] Fatal Error in 2.21@medvidekpu , to politely tell you off, my blog is through wordpress.com I just own my URL.
So your comment is 100% unnecessary and a very BOLD assumption.

In reply to: [WordPress.com Editing Toolkit] Fatal Error in 2.21Totally just logged in to that today when I was going to actually get a blog post ready for tomorrow. I’ve currently rolled it back to the 3.48304 version but I’m waiting for my other admin to confirm we’re good before I exit recovery mode.
I swear they don’t test ANY of these updates before they send them out into the world.
I know that based on the FAQ they said that the new page experience is causing some of this. I’m having the same issue and cannot get my page to show.
As of right now, the latest update has fixed this issue.
For clarification, I have a self-hosted site. It’s still giving me issues and this is the only support forum for this plugin.
So I actually have this on my WordPress.com website – I don’t have a .org or anything like that. I don’t want to go back through the trying to track down the old version and switch it back. The point of this is that I should not have to do that. And i will continue to make noise about it here in this support thread until it is fixed.
So as of 4/25/2022, update 3.31454 still does not allow for page editing. Please fix this as soon as possible as I cannot edit ANY of my pages while this is active.
So it appears that after I posted about this issue there was an update. I still get the same error. I use the blog-post block from this toolkit and cannot even open the pages I have already published to edit the blocks.
Version is now 3.31119. Again, still doesn’t work unless I deactivate it and then I cannot edit the blocks I have existing because the plugin is deactivated.
