*Slight* progress.
It would appear that re-saving an existing redirect causes it to start working again. I’d rather not resave 14,000 redirects though…

(by the way- When I click on the orphaned content tab- it just shows “no events found”)

So- this is getting close. It shows
All (10,482) | Published (10,478) | Pending (4) | Orphaned content (10478)

But remove orphaned events only clears up 91.

Any other ideas? Are these SUPER Orphans?

Yup- have certainly looked at that. The idea behind using the search string option is finding events that have been submitted by readers- that might not be tagged correctly, or tagged at all.

Yup— that was it. It was some plugin that was supposed to (and used to) make searches better.

Not sure when it broke, if it was a wordpress update or plugin update. Could have been down a day, or a few weeks. Oh well- everything is working now. Thanks for the response and patience with people like me who think it can’t possibly be the wall plug ??

If not- I’d like to shine the light over here again!
I have also done everything you listed above, and can’t get anything to load. The protected page simply reloads, with the password field still there. Non visible error messages. Additionally, if you intentionally type in the wrong password, it exhibits the same behavior.

Anyone have some ideas on where to go with this?

Yeah… i’ve thought of that.. but it’s a website in production. I really HATE to do that.

So upon further tests- I can upload images via Posts. But not via Pages or the Media section.
