Yes it was configured from where you said – WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced and the terms and conditions anchor does open in a new tab from the WooCommerce checkout form. But from the form generated by the WPFunnels checkout page, it doesn’t work as expected.

I’ll email you the URL to the WPFunnels checkout form so you can see the problem.

Actually I just noticed an issue with when you click on the T&Cs anchor text on the newly added checkbox field. The T&Cs page should ideally load in a new tab/window, but instead it loads within a small section on the checkout form. Hmmm. That’s difficult to read and not ideal.

Yes the checkboxes make for an affirmative acceptance that should be recorded and logged should there ever be any future dispute over acceptance.

We have added these to our backlog. We will look into the scope of allowing these within WPFunnels in the near future.

Thanks for providing a workaround. I had rebuilt the funnel again, but will try your steps when i next need to make edits.

Do you know if the developers are working on adding the fix/improvements to the UI to address this issue?

Thanks for responding.

I really hope you will improve it. Its fundamental to managing, building and editing steps in the funnels.

Currently, to add the changes to the funnel, the only option is to rebuild it from new.

In attempting to find a way to add the step, I inadvertently removed the landing page and the checkout steps and there is no way to add them back in.

The new UI is not really helping the UX.

Do you know if the dev team is working to improve and fix this at the moment?
