I am having the same problem with spam. As soon as the guestbook was up, within a few hours, we started getting spam. I have Akismet turned on and the Captcha within the DMS plugin…. I am going to try skivey0281′s above suggestion of using the actual WP comments system and modify it into a guestbook.

Ah!!!! I understand. I have to choose one of the guestbooks and activate it as the Super Guestbook! I have done that now and it works fine. Sorry for being such a blonde (no offence to blondes!) there. ??

I am not sure I understand. I have 3 languages and have set german.txt to the German guestbook page, spanish.txt set to the Spanish guestbook page, and english.txt to the English guestbook page.

However, when people leave comments in the Spanish version of the website/guestbook page, it doesn′t show up on the German or English version of the guestbook….

I would like comments in *all* languages to show up in just the one guestbook.

However, if I simply assign one English Super Guestbook, nothing at all shows up on the German or Spanish pages, they are just blank.

Help please? ??

I have opted to use another theme now too. Slideshow problems *and* no widgetised footer has made me decide this…

Ah, I found it in the stylesheet now and changing the height value did the trick!

I only want the slideshow on the front page too! It works really well, you need to use “set featured image” in your post to get a picture to show up, but I don not want it on *all* pages! Please help?

Yep, same problem here. And I went into include/hooks.php and include/settings-theme.php (I created a child theme) to change the height as well, but nothing happened….

Not exactly sure what you mean by gallery slides, but if you mean the actual photo gallery, it′s done with a plugin called NextGen Gallery, which is really fantastic for creating photo galleries.

Of course you′re right! I routinely, automatically create child themes with most themes, so I didn′t even think about that, good point!

Unless you know how to create a child theme, then best to leave it alone, I′m afraid. ??

In your Minimatica themes files, go into your footer.php and cut the following:

Now go into your header.php and paste it into there, right at the end (so it will go under your logo/tagline.

However, I just realise that I moved my menu to the top under the logo (took it out of footer.php and put it in home.php above the text).
