You can put some custom CSS under the “Design” tab, as follows:

.logo img {
width: 500px;
}

Just put however big you want the logo after width (in this case I put 500px).

Hi Mano88/Orion. We got this to work eventually (I don’t know how because another person on our team fixed it), but since last week we have the same problem again, plus the following error code, after designing an item and then pressing the Add to Cart button:

The item does get added to the cart alright, but we don’t receive the original image files.

We have an open ticket on help.orionorigin.com but I can’t access it because the website has changed to something called freshdesk, and I can’t log in to that with my old credentials… :/

Would really appreciate your help.

Hi Orion, thank you for explaining that. However, with this particular website, we have had a lot of problems due to plugins not playing well with each other, plus a lot of customisation done by a third party developer for us, and I would rather not install a second translation plugin just in case it breaks everything (again!).

Is there any other way to change just that one word, even if I have to re-upload the language file again after an update? If you just point me at which file I would need to edit, that would probably be the safest method in our situation and setup. ??

No, we’re not talking about locotranslate, we are using WPML for our translation. But again, I stress that I don’t need translation.

I only want to change *one* word in English – the word “Background” changed to “Shape Colour”.

I don’t even know where to look for that though… what file and/or folder would I need to be searching for? Sorry about so many questions!

I don’t quite understand – this is not a translation, just a change of an English word. But in case it’s of importance, we use WPML for translation (English/Bulgarian) on the website I’m working on.

What about changing the word “Background” in the Shapes section to say “Shape Colour”?

Hi Jan, when I went to add the Captcha, it had the PRO symbol next to it so I didn’t even bother trying!

But not to worry, I got a working contact form now using Fast Secure Contact Form.

I cannot find this either!

I think I’ll just go back to Fast Secure Contact Form. Have wasted an hour or so now on trying out different contact form plugins including this one and none of them appear to have Captcha, or they only offer Captcha in the PRO versions…. ??

Hi. I have a similar problem… after doing the customisation with a photo on a product, then adding it to the cart and doing a test order, I can see the order in the backend of WordPress, but the uploaded image file is not there, only pictures of the finished product with the image on it.

We are a print shop business and would need to have the original, high res image that a customer uploads in order to print it on their product. Where would I find those images? Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
