I did receive an email from Support stating for me to set-up a user account with Admin privileges which I did and shared the login / password.
Nothing came of this – however, this issue has been resolved – of course I did not want to become a programmer but I did spend the weekend researching and trying everything until it started working. Now I am recreating the website from what it was in the free version before I upgraded to Pro. (* my best guess is the fix is to copy the database to local create a new one with a different name go into config and enter the new database info upload database with new name and puff published pages/posts instantly appear *) Why such a drastic weird thing would be the fix I will never be able to explain.
So – even though I like what I have – I have to reiterate ZERO support above and beyond lip service.
