Customers for German get free shipping on each product, no matter what is the price.
The problem is that, if I’m a customer from France, for example, when I add this product for 148EUR and go to the Cart, I see two choices for shipping: one is free, and one is 4,95EUR. I want these customers to see only free shipping option when they add a product over 140EUR.
