I went through the checklist you provided, but unfortunately I am still having issues. I think it’s my wp-cron.php file. I changed the Instagram Feed settings to “Every 30 Minutes.” On GoDaddy, all of my DNS records say 1 Hour TTL. I don’t have any optimization plugins. I turned on “Load Initial Post with AJAX,” and I thought that fixed it, but it did not. I also added cachetime=30 to my short code. My latest status is that I have now removed cachetime=30 from the shortcode (as advised in the article you sent) and implemented the uptimerobot.com workaround. The wp-cron.php file seems accessible because when I navigate to theluckytiger.com/wp-cron.php the page is blank. I set up a monitor and it says 0 incidents in the last 24 hours, “Last Check: Coming Soon (Checked every 30 minutes.” However, after installing WP Crontrol, it looks like none of my cron hooks are firing, SB or otherwise. I disabled several plugins, but the problem persists. I have access to the wp-cron.php file in the File Manager if this helpful. The only way I can get my feed to refresh right now is to do it manually in SB > Settings > Feed.
