Thanks, this is surely Outlook checking the links. Is there any way to only make the token expire once the link is used to login? Link checking is really common for email providers at the moment. It’s really annoying as it messes up click tracking! Thanks in advance

Of course before I reached out on this thread I made sure I replicated this on a fresh install, default theme, one user only.
I thought this would be helpful for you to know that there is a piece of meta missing in your user export when it comes to BuddyPress support but I guess you want to dismiss it, that’s ok.
I will work it out and share here for the community.

1. Export all the data of a user that has no Rich Text editor issues using your plugin
2. Then delete this user
3. Then import the user back in without editing the export file
We would expect it to work?
Otherwise it means your export feature is not exporting everything needed to support BuddyPress/BuddyBoss and no one could actually use it for those platforms without creating this issue.
Since you support it and mention it in your description and settings, this would be important to address perhaps?

Looks like we had a hidden field that was messing up the profile % complete. Sorry about that, I should have tested other automatic rewards!
I have now done that and all is looking good.

Yeh this would be an issue for us as if this plugin gets abandoned (as it sounds like maybe this is a side project for you?) we would be accountable to our clients.
Is it possible to just use your plugin for the video/audio calls? Perhaps a setting that just fixes those icons to the regular chat for example.
Thanks for the update. I was just testing using your plugin again and noticed that if I send a message through it and then disable your plugin, the messages do not display in the normal buddyboss chat. Are they stored differently then so if you start using your plugin, we’re committed forever else we lose all the chats?
We would love to see this in the BuddyBoss app, it’s currently holding us back from commitment to using Better Messages as a messaging alternative to the native buddyboss option. I’m subscribing to this thread in hope of some near updates on this possibility!

I tested this with the Snippets plugin for both of our two profiles types replacing ‘type_value’ with ‘mentee’ to be auto-approved and the other profile type is mentor (we changed slightly but same difference. Both tests the approval email came through to admin so it didn’t work.
Then I realised we’re using BuddyBoss not BuddyPress, I’m just learning of the difference and the directions both platforms have taken.
Would you expect this to work with BuddyBoss too?

@andy786 so far it’s not returned. Deep cleaned, updated and changed all passwords and admin users. Had some old wp installs on test domains which probably let it in from an old plugin.
@hcn101 did it come back for you? I found it in a site, removed it, cleaned everything, updated all official plugins. This was only two days ago, but no sign of it yet…
Hi guys, I’ve been battling with this for weeks now and had no joy. For me, it’s a theme that whenever I try to load the media gallery or add images I get a 500 for admin-ajax.php which crashes the server every time. Theme devs looked and say it’s not theme as they can’t replicate. Host isn’t much help either as if I switch theme to 2017 I have no issue.
I use WordFence and CloudFlare. I duplicated the live site to a dev site on the same server which doesn’t have WF, but is on CF but not turned off (no orange cloud on dns) and it doesn’t have the same issue so likely to not be server related.
Did you manage to get anywhere?
