No problem at all, will have to manually do these parts. Your plugin is still a great help.
Hello, I’m just checking in on this and wondering if there is anything I can do to help.
This is how the data appears in the database:
https://prnt.sc/WPI5p8eB4WCu (found in bp_xprofile_data)
https://prnt.sc/ftBqT6XSh43w (found in bp_xprofile_fields)
The name of “LinkedIn Profile” we have set, it could easily be “Social Profiles”
And the data would be like this:
a:1:{s:8:”facebook”;s:25:”https://www.facebook.com/”;}
a:1:{s:8:”twitter”;s:25:”https://www.twitter.com/”;}
etc…I left a 5 stars, thanks
So far, so good! Thanks!
Thank you for the update. I’ll check it out and update you with the results.
That’s great, thanks for the update
Hi @carazo, I hope all is well.
Just a quick check to see if you are expecting to release this update soon? No problem if not but the reason I ask is that we’re importing around 400 users this week. It’s a manageable amount to manually add in the data for this field if the update is not coming soon but if it was, then we would wait. Perhaps it’s a good opportunity to road test it and I could feedback here.
Thanks, DanMany thanks and yes I absolutely appreciate this is a free plugin so we have no expectations and are thankful for any feedback that is implemented in your own time.

In reply to: [Import and export users and customers] User Registered Date Is IncorrectThank you, resolved
Hi Javier, thanks for the reply, I’m happy to provide a copy of BuddyBoss since we’re looking to provide a useful feature for the community. Please provide an email if you would like to check or I can WhatsApp a link via your website.
I tested adding another social network and exported the user. The column comes out as: LinkedIn Profile (since I name it this way)
The values came out together separated by a comma:
https://www.linkedin.com/, https://www.facebook.com/

https://prnt.sc/lJixD74EaIUCHi Javier, thank you for your reply. That’s great news, a semicolon would be perfect to make this work for example. I look forward to the update so we can test a larger import. Thank you for your support.

In reply to: [Import and export users and customers] Rich EditorWe resolved this issue by including the column rich_editing and the value as TRUE
Sorry for the double question in this thread, I’ll start a different one addressing the LinkedIn URL import.Works perfect! I’ve left a 5 star review. Good job.
Great reply, thank you
Additionally – or perhaps the message should tell the user the link has been clicked and if this was unexpected to check inbox settings for link checking? Maybe overkill…
