I just noticed the owner of the site has the following plugin activated:

WP Downgrade | Specific Core Version

That caused the prompt for a downgrade.

Oops, Issues has been resolved.

Turns out the client was still logging into the Dev site and not the live, hence not seeing any changes. ??

No,not at all. No membership plugins of any kind as well.
I’m basically just got Beaver Builder and Beaver Theme installed.
