In reply to: [Decode] Make header bigger and featured images on actual postsI am very Sorry for the late reply. I added the code into content-single but for some reason the featured image does not show. I added the code for the site logo and I’ve no idea how to make the logo bigger beyond its tiny size. I thought changing the 8.5 to a higher number would work. What on earth am I doing wrong?
Thank you for the reply.

In reply to: [Multiple Themes] No way to make this work with Buddypress?I will mark this as resolved. I decided to dump multisite and buddypress altogether and keep the plugin. I want to thank you for your help and I also want to thank you for the fantastic plugin. Thank you!

In reply to: [Multiple Themes] No way to make this work with Buddypress?Quick question: what codes do I use to hand-build the menus so they link to both sites?

In reply to: [Custom Community] Customize the responsive themeThank you for putting in the support ticket. I tested the Responsive layout again, and everything displays properly in Landscape mode but everything is “out of place” in portrait mode. That is very odd. Thank you again. I am really grateful for your help. Should I mark this topic as “resolved” or leave it open?

In reply to: Two layouts for two blogs and linking them togetherThank you!! I will try the Superslider Perpost Code plugin. I like that it allows custom styling per post. Thank you! And if that doesn’t work, I will try the templates. I never thought to use those for creating individual themes per post.
Quick question about that plugin: is there a JavaScript shortcode/ code that I can use to switch the themes? Google isn’t helping me at the moment.

In reply to: [Custom Community] Customize the responsive themeI disabled the Responsive theme and made the width 1,000, but now I re-enabled the Resposive theme so you can see the problem I am having. Thank you for replying. I hope to have this tiny problem resolved soon. I think there is something I am doing wrong. In the tablet version of the responsive theme, the sidebars appear before the content but the sidebars are suppose to appear last, and the navigation menu is in the middle of the header when it should be below it. Is there a code I can put in the theme to fix the problems? Thank you again~!
I viewed the responsive theme in Safari on a tablet. The tablet version of the Responsive theme is the one I am having problems with. The responsive theme on a PC is fine.

In reply to: [Multiple Themes] No way to make this work with Buddypress?Thank you for replying! I had no idea BuddyPress used so many codes. I was thinking of using WordPress Multisite when I first started customizing my site. I will look deeper into WordPress Multisite. Thank you again for replying. Hand-building the menus sounds easy, I think I can do that. Thank you again for replying, and your plugin is very awesome.

In reply to: [Custom Community] Custom Post Formats for Custom CommunityI tried the plugins but they are not what I am looking for (or maybe I am using them wrong). I want to create templates like the ones for pages (full width, sidebar left, sidebar right). My fault for not stating that clearly in my initial post. I read the instructions from the link but it did not have what I am looking for. Any more help is greatly appreciated.

In reply to: [Custom Community] Custom Post Formats for Custom CommunityThank you!!! I will check these and see if they work. Thank you!!!!
I have the header image, but now when I disable “show text with header image,” the text is still there. Is there a code that makes that option work? The blog site and name shouldn’t pop up when I uncheck “show text with header image.”
I tried making custom headers available by copying Twenty Eleven’s code for headers, replacing Twenty Eleven with Toolbox and now I get this error:
Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘toolbox_header_style’ not found or invalid function name in (had to remove this part)/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 406
and on the header upload page, I get this error:
Warning: call_user_func() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘toolbox_admin_header_image’ not found or invalid function name in (had to remove this part)/wp-admin/custom-header.php on line 471
But I can still upload a header, it just won’t show up on the site. It looks like I have to add callbacks (I’ve no idea what those are) to another php file so the functions.php can call the necessary codes for the header…I think. What am I doing wrong?
Thank you! That plugin will do, so I can cross that off the list once I find a code that enables the use of header images in the Toolbox theme. Thank you!
I downloaded Toolbox but now I have no idea how to add custom headers in it, and Google is no help. I am tackling this one step at a time. Can anyone help me with adding the code for enabling custom headers in Toolbox? After that I can move on to the other stuff.
I will look into Toolbox and see if it can fix my problems or make them easier. If not, I’ll be back.
It is? I thought it was a canvas theme meant for building new layouts. Is there a “not outdated” canvas theme like Sandbox?
