We understand your concern with the query, and it resolved after removing the code by you. That is correct!

Right now, the solution is working, but the reason behind suggesting the paid customize option is because we wanted to resolve this for a lifetime. So you do not have to worry every time to remove the code, whenever there is an update from the plugin in the future.

Also, as we have shared with ticket thread, the charges are calculated if customize time takes more than 1 hour, else there will be no charge to the customer.

We work hard for giving the best experience to our customers. Please take a note of it and write us your positive feedback, also we apologize for the misunderstanding and the response.
