No, I’m not using any other plugin I just integrated the paypal buttons directly to my page. Isn’t it possible then?

I need my guests to submit the following info:
– Email
– Name
– Number of people
– Selection: Menu A or Menu B

I want to create a page in my website with all this information in a table:

email;name;number of people;selection
[email protected];tom;5;option A
[email protected];max;2;option B
[email protected];louise;3;option A
