Hello. Thank you for your interest in Auto Affiliate Links. Unfortunately, it is pretty hard to make with work with chinese characters.

    Hello.

The user needs to have administrator role in order to use all Auto Auto Affiliate Links features. Maybe this is why you can’t see all the menu items.

    Hello.

On the General Settings page under Auto Affiliate Links main menu in your WordPress administration panel, at the bottom of the page, there are separate settings for internal links. If you set the link disclosure for internal links to blank, internal links won’t show the disclosure anymore.

To disable disclosure for individual links, go to main Auto Affiliate Links page in your WordPress admin panel. There you will see a list of links already added. For each link, click on “Show advanced settings”. Check “Do not show link disclosure” and hit update.

    Hello.

I have added support for Meta Box custom fields. Can you check and see if it is working for you? You have to activate displaying links on Meta Box field values from General Settings page of Auto Affiliate Links.

    Hello.

By default, our plugin hooks to the_content function to add the links. If the plugin or theme you are using is not displaying content with the default WP function, the links will not be added.

After user demands, we have hooked to custom functions used by many popular page builder plugins where it is possible.

I will look into BricksBuilder and Metabox documentation to see if I can get the plugin hooked in their functions.

The replacement for basic links (ones that you set up) is done via regular expressions in PHP. The version we are working on will add links by DOM-parsing instead. That’s why I said that this can be resolved when the new replacement engine comes out.

    Hello.

We are developing a new way of adding links that should solve this problem, and many others, but this will be released in the next major version, which may come in few months.

Meanwhile, I am still trying to find a quick fix to it.

One-letter keywords should work, although in specific cases might not work, because the plugin was not intended to be used on such short keywords.

There might be other factors that prevent the “X” to be linked.

    Hello.

The links are added when the page is displayed. So you should see the changes immediately, unless you have a caching plugin that caches the output.

Please clear your cache and let me know if the links still don’t appear.

    Hello.

Thank you for reporting this issue.

The plugin should not alter the existing links, however, it seems that in this particular case it is not working as expected.

Probably the cause is the use of sup and mark tags inside a tag, but I will try to find a way to prevent this problem.

    Hello.

Thank you for using Auto Affiliate Links.

These type of issues happens usually when you adblocker software is blocking parts of Auto Affiliate Links, mostly the javascript required in the admin side.

Please try to whitelist your own domain in your adblocker software and check if it works.

It seems that there was a confusion and the issue was not fixed. I will provide a fix as soon as possible.

    Hello.

In case you missed my email response:

I noticed that in the page you sent me,
there other links that are added by Auto Affiliate Links, for example: “Google” and “SEO on-page”.

Auto Affiliate Links provide you with many settings to tweak the frequency and the way links are added.

By default, it is set to only add few links (2-3), based on the post length, so the post won’t look spammy. Also, there is a limit each time the same keyword and same links will be added. This is usually set to 1. The same link or same keyword will be added only once.

You can alter these settings from your WordPress admin panel: Auto Affiliate Links -> General Settings.

Look for: Link frequency, Same keyword limit, Sale link limit.

To be sure that the fact that the link is not added is not caused by the set options but it is a fauld from the plugin, which I should investigate, do the following:

    1. Set the keyword frequency to custom. A new input box will appear and put there a high number, for example 20, or 30, to make sure that the link addition is not limited by this value.
    2. Set same link limit to a high number, for example 10
    3. Set same keyword limit to a high number, for example 10.
    4. Set link distribution to “Top”.

If using the above settings is adding keywords all over the place, we know that it is working and expected, and you can tweak the settings based on your preferences. Lower the amounts set until you get the desired results.
