It’s fixed. The problem was with the page I had as the home page (it was set as private, and the links didn’t appear). Once I set static page a public page with the forum, the links appeared as normal.
I have BBpress, BuddyPress and the forum I have is private. On PC anyone can see the Login and Register links in the top bar, but on mobile version not, not even with WordApp Mobile Plugin. Is there anything I am missing? Any idea is helpful, thank you!
It was the Get Noticed Theme. I installed the forum in a subdomain and problem was fixed with the same plugins installed on Twenty Sixteen theme (TML, BuddyPress and BBPress).

The pages are normal when BuddyPress is deactivated.
Once I activate it the Register page is again without the form. This means it’s a BuddyPress issue?
