Hi. Has anyone encountered the same issue with this plugin and any solutions to the problem?

I had managed to display the rates now in checkout.

Can I check if there are any difference in how the app works whether we use the global shipping method in free plugin or shipping zone method in paid version?

Does the plugin accurately pull out the corporate rates in our FedEx account? When I do a comparison, it seems like what appeared in WooCommerce checkout is at a much higher rate than the shipping rate offered in FedEx website.

Thank you for your reply. So far I downgraded it to PHP 8.1 and the variation works well now. According to Bluehost (my hosting provider), they said 8.2 is unstable with the latest version of woocommerce, causing this conflict. They had suggested to downgrade to version 7.4 instead.

Could this be an issue of variations affecting older listings that were created using version 7.4? Upon upgrading to 8.2, they cannot show up?

Hi. I had earlier contacted Bluehost to fix this issue. they found out that the issue is conflict with php version 8.2. after downgrading to the lower version for me, the issue was resolved. How can i upgrade to the latest version of php 8.2, but yet allowing woocommerce to work like before? pls suggest any action steps and i’ll get my developer to work on them.

Please advise what I should be doing to resolve this issue. I’ve updated Woocommerce and wordpress plug-ins to latest versions, cleared server cache with help from the hosting provider but nothing works.

Thank you so much. I have tried method 3 using phpMyAdmin interface and I’ve managed to reset the password. However, I realised the email address I was formerly using is no longer active, so I tried to change it. Also changed the user login and display name to something that is easier to remember. Upon changing the above items, I had problems logging in again. ??

Is there something I had done wrongly? Do I also select “MD5” from the dropdown menu to change all the items above?
