    Hi Joy,

    Thanks for you response. The site is hosted by DreamPress.

    My login did not time out. When I click on “Customize” after entering “Appearance” from the WP Dashboard, the error states, “This Page Isn’t Working” “thecookbookproject.org is currently unable to handle this request” “HTTP Error 500”

    I have not made any changes to the theme or any plugin that uses Customizer and yes, this is the only thing that is not working.

    My apologies if this is still vague. I am definitely not a WP expert.
