Thanks for the response. Please bear with me as I do not have a background in IT. For the user to submit a donation, they are taken to a gravity form to provide their information before being redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction. I receive ad Admin notification from Gravity Forms that a user has submitted a donation, but this notification is triggered before the actual transaction is completed by the user via PayPal. Here is a link to the donation page.

Thanks for your response. It’s just odd because the order and function seemed fine before installing and setting up WP Mail SMTP, but I’ll see if I can work around it.

The main issue I’m experiencing now, is that I deactivated the plugin to go back to my original email settings while I looked into the issue, however, now that the plugin is deactivated, there are zero emails being triggered when a user applies, so with that said, there had to be something that the plugin altered and I wonder if you have heard of this issue in the past. Thanks again.

It looks as though the plugin GP Better User Activation by Gravity Wiz is causing the issue.

I want to reiterate that I am not a developer and am not sure what I am looking for, so I would appreciate some assistance with deciphering the error log, in which I had already produced for you last week.

From when I took over the organization and was provided Admin access to the WordPress dashboard, this has always been an issue. I am unaware of any changes that occurred before that may have caused this, but from since August 2018, I have not been able to access Customize.

I have recently updated to WO 5.0 as well as the newest Boss theme update, but this error was occurring before these updates.

@franwess I updated to WP 5.0 the other day and am now having the same issue where the user (or admin) is unable to view LearnDash courses from the ‘Courses’ tab. We use Boss child theme, and I activated WP Twenty Seventeen to see if it was a theme issue, which it ended up being as I could view the Courses from the Twenty Seventeen theme. Were you able fix the issue?

I’m not really sure what I should be looking for. Below is a link to the error log. A developer who had assisted me with the previous troubleshooting tasks I had outlined said he could not find anything in the log.

Hi Joy,

I am following up about the WordPress issue with the Customize section of the dashboard. I have done all of what you had outlined above in your previous email, but selecting the option still leads to a HTTP Error 500.

Below are the logs from the error when trying to load the “Customize” link in the wp-admin dashboard under Appearances. You can see the last occurrence at [29/Nov/2018:18:57:20 -0800]. The route in question that you will see a few times in this log is “GET /wp-admin/customize.php”.

Please let me know how I should proceed to fix the issue. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your response. Just to be clear, I can use bulk actions to deactivate all the plugins, and then just re-activate them all right after? Is there a period of time I should wait before reactivating them? Is there any chance of any data being lost?
