However, I am still trying to figure out how to put the tags and categories after the post. Ideas?

Once I deactivated a plugin (a common idea given when something has broken), the user interface started to work again. There were issues with the user interface while the WP Review plugin is activated (issue stated above).

This is the plugin I used that caused the issue:

There is developer code at the bottom of that link’s page but I would have no real idea how to change it to be what I need. Hopefully there will be a fix for this because reviewing pages/services/products etc. is a useful/needed aspect for many websites. ??

The problem might be with the permissions set on your uploads folder.

When I install wordpress on my nearlyfreespeech hosted site, I have to set the permissions up on my upload folder or I get that error.

Putty is an ssh terminal that allows you to change permissions etc. through a command line type interface. Do you have it or know about it? If you do, log into the terminal and then type those three commands into your terminal.

To enable file/media uploads, you will need to do one or both of the following.

chgrp web wp-admin/async-upload.php
chgrp web wp-admin/media-upload.php
chgrp web wp-admin/post.php

The first is for the Flash uploader, the second is for the browser uploader, and the third is needed for deleting uploaded files.

If you need more help then that, I can walk you through it…or maybe even make a little video so other people can figure out how to do it. ?? Let me know.

Is there an option for custom social media sharing buttons in the pro version? I am saying custom because the social media buttons I want are:

Pinterest
Blogger
Pandora
Tumblr
Instagram
etc.

I can make buttons and use the a href html tags but have no idea where to put it all. Please help.
