I have the same problem with Visual Composer. No ‘Editor’ showing.
Problem now sorted (I think!)
It would appear to be a problem with the WordPress update via the WordPress Dashboard. It looks like it corrupted something in the database.
A clean install of WordPress and re-import of all posts, and things seem back to normal.
