ok, I’ve found the bbpress plugin – but don’t know how to delete the damn thing!

I’m trying, really trying – i’ve downloaded Filezilla and have accessed by server but I have 7 options but nothing says plug ins just this:

users
stats
logs
etc
domains
data
contai…

I have no idea where to do to find the BBPress forum plugin to delete

they won’t say I have to pay $79 to get their Cloudtech team to restore my site from a previous backup

Thank you for your help but I have no idea how to do all of that, I’m in tears, I’m so upset

I don’t know how to do that – I’m hosted with Media Temple – I need it to go right now

Just updated to 1.2.8.4 and it still breaks the admin. I’m going to have to deactivate it again. I’ll keep waiting for a new update because prior to this update it was the best SEO available. I just wish I could go back to 2.7 ;(

Aaagh, I just uploaded to the latest update and it still doesn’t work. I deleted by Super Cache plugin too but it still makes no difference. I wish I hadn’t updated from 2.7, I really do…;(

I’d still rather not install it that way, I don’t want to mess up my whole site. I would so much rather install a correctly working plugin, that’s all I want. If I’d know this update was going to be like this, there’s no way I would of updated it. ;(

I would love to go back to 1.2.7 as I’ve just installed the very latest version and still have the same problems. It was working perfectly before. I don’t understand how to reinstall 1.2.7 using the method that Polle001 has recommended. I’m not that computer savy unfortunately ;(

Hi, thank you for your comment, I can disable the plugin but I really like(d) it and want it to work. That’s the problem.

Both this and the earlier version are not working for me. It is such a pain. I have tried all the solutions above, such as deleting the ‘S’ etc but all to no avail. Can anyone help? I have no SEO options visible. I cannot access Stat Counter within the admin page and a host of other plugins. It’s a disaster.
