Oh I see. It’s when both Square plugins are activated together. Also to clarify a payment token is generated on the checkout page and it is different from the access token.
Since they each use the same or similar scripts, etc, the redundancy is interfering and creating a bad payment token when one of the payment methods is selected.
If you deactivate the Square for Woocommerce plugin while ours is active, you shouldn’t have a problem and vice versa

In reply to: [Checkout with Cash App on WooCommerce] Cannot Get It WorkingIt seems to be working on my side. It was probably an access token issue. You may reopen if you are still running into the same issue
That happens when the payment token expires or you have not clicked the Cash App Pay button and connected to the customer Cash App. You have to click the button which opens a QR code, then you scan on your phone and connect before placing your order. U can see it at gurastores.com/test
Can you share your site or schedule a time at theafricanboss.com/book to meet and take a look?
Hi, could you send a screenshot or meet to screenshare what you are looking at so I can better assist you and create a fix once I understand the issue. This plugin should not be affecting other plugin pages.

In reply to: [Checkout with Venmo on Woocommerce] $0 total on Manual OrdersYes a screenshot would help. Also sending an email at [email protected] would help. I am not sure how that happened since the value in the link comes from the Woocommerce total.
I’m assuming by a manual order that you are creating an order in your admin dashboard since you said it is perfect during customer checkout. The plugin does not have its own variable for the Venmo amount, it takes the Woocommerce order total.
Once your order has been created and saved, the order amount value saved for that order will be used in the Venmo QR code and button- This reply was modified 2 years ago by The African Boss.

In reply to: [Checkout with Zelle on Woocommerce] I’ll not really recommend yet.Can you elaborate so we can fix the error you encountered?
Usually when a plugin crashes a site, using the back button and deleting a plugin is impossible so maybe you saw a notice screen to add Woocommerce since it is a requirement to use this plugin?
You can always check https://theafricanboss.com.
And if you tried to access at a time when the site was down, your review should reflect your experience with the plugin and not whether the company site was down when you checked.
The company has been around since 2018 and offers multiple payment plugins used by over 5000 sites actively daily.

In reply to: [Get Cash] Venmo SettingsThe venmo username is your Venmo handle which usually follows the following syntax:
@***********Here is a business insider article about venmo username.
For our plugin, input the text after @, do not add the ‘@’ symbol when adding your username or the links won’t be able to link to your account

In reply to: [Checkout with Venmo on Woocommerce] Paying an InvoiceAre you using the current version of the plugin and the Venmo app? Is the username and the note(PRO) being transferred correctly?
Sometimes, the phone does not recognize Venmo as an open app and it will open the Venmo page from the app store/playstore instead of opening the Venmo app directly and the information can be lost along the way.
Please try another phone and report back.
Also please confirm that the Venmo button/QR code contains all the information: username, amount, and note on the checkout page.
