Any word on when 4.5.3 might be available @mark Ratledge?

I just updated to the most recent genesis theme this morning, so maybe it hadn’t taken effect when you tried my site, @kmessinger? Hope it’s all ok now. It didn’t have an effect on the visual editor, unfortunately.

I have the same problem since I updated to 4.5.2. I can use text editor, but visual editor is completely blank. I’m stumbling through, but not at all a code girl. I’m going to downgrade to 4.4 too, but don’t know how. Can someone give me some direction on that?

Thank GOD Jetpack did the update. It totally fixed it. I appreciate Bill Dennen’s above explanation, but I kept asking where do I actually find it?

When I plugged his /wp-conent/etc thing in, I kept getting this :

Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_action() in /home/wimpyveg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/custom-css/custom-css.php on line 1445

so unfortunately without knowing exactly, and I do mean exactly, where to go, I had no way of fixing it myself. I needed to know which button to hit on the dashboard, and then what link or button to push after that. Hats off to those of you who were able to figure it out. But what I needed was the fix from Jetpack. Thanks soooo much for that!!!

shenbagambtech, or someone out there, can you be more specific? Where do I find this line? I need a very specific direction on this. I’ve already spent way too much time trying to find it. BTW, are there no Jetpack humans who can help? We all have to figure it out on our own?

Where do I find the PHP source code file??? And where is a text editor??

If I disable jetpack, how does that affect my subscriptions? I have a ton of people subsribed to my blog through jetpack’s subscription services. I’m with nayajean, i’m not inclined to jump into my CSS unless the directions are specific on what to do.

I don’t have any idea where to even find these lines, which makes me a little nervous. I may have to stop using jetpack if it involves me having to do coding !

I have the exact same problem when I upload a photo. And I can’t post my post url to facebook for social media. I’m having to deactivate jetpack, but would love to be able to use it. I don’t know how to do a roll back either to an earlier version. My url is https://thewimpyvegetarian.com.
