I usually don′t get any error message just the site just keeps trying to load with a “trasfering data from…” message at the bottom left corner, sometimes it loads after a minute or sometimes doesnt load at all. As I said earlier occasionally the site loads just perfect and in seconds.

My hosting tech support keeps saying the following:

“caching within a shared environment can have an adverse effect in that it slows the performance of the site rather than speeding it up.”

Any ideas?

it does make perfect sense and I will bear that in mind for future questions. I don’t however think that my question is theme-specific though.

Let me see if I understand: No support at all will be given here to anyone using a commercial theme regardless if the question is theme-related or is WordPress in general?

Unfortunately I am not rich enough to afford the extra 20 dollars I needed to be considered worth of receiving help from Gorilla.

I thought that posting this question here could also be of help to many other people that may have the same issue with different templates, paid-for or free.
