Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Shopify Buy Buttons issueThe issue respective to duplicate Shopify buttons was corrected via your suggestion to offer one product/service per page. I am hopeful a new theme will allow me to retain each product/service tier on one page and function flawlessly like it did via Suffusion for years.
I will initiate a topic respective to theme migration and integration per your request. Thank you for your theme suggestion. I will check it.

In reply to: Shopify Buy Buttons issueMy site is an absolute disaster.
Custom sidebars and other plugin are not functioning, widgets are missing on all pages,
and too many other items to list.I will need recommendations to efficiently migrate to another theme.
Thank you.

In reply to: Shopify Buy Buttons issueThank you for your swift reply.
I created drafts of new pages with only one service per page.
When I viewed each page only one button was displayed.
Everything worked as it should through the checkout process.A single product/service per page sees to correct the duplicate button issue.
What do you recommend now?https://thewholisticedge.com/?page_id=11452&preview=true
You are correct respective to my previous posts.
I still have to change themes sooner than later, correct?
Thank you for your time and assistance.

I activated four themes but the issue regarding duplicate buttons remained.
Though I would prefer to retain the Suffusion theme its author/developer is no longer offering support. Selecting a new theme seems to be my only option – unfortunately.
My issue now becomes fluid migration from Suffusion to another theme to retain brand identity and the like. The temporary activation of other themes made my site look horrible. The last thing I wanted was to reinvent my site.
I welcome your expertise in order to streamline the process.
Thank you for your time and assistance.

It is clear I had no idea of said theme was dropped from the directory.I am not a back-end guy or programmer.

I am trying to access the far right sidebar ~ esp. the “Affiliate Sidebars”under “Mega Widget Menu Area 10.” There s/b 14 “Affiliate Sidebars.” I need to customize them and create more “Affiliate Sidebars.”
I will grant you access to the site to expedite resolution of the matter. Your expertise is far superior and it will save a ton of time. I will bypass your recommendations re: delete/re-install plugin and said screenshot due to your expertise.
I will provide the requisite info via your contact form.

Much appreciated.1~It does not work w/ any theme.
2-I use Suffusion Minima v4.4.7.
3~Create a new sidebar button is not visible.
4~The “Affiliate Sidebars 1-15” would normally display but I cannot scroll the sidebar columns…only the “Available Widgets”
5-The images display properly on the site…I no longer can edit/create/manage sidebars. Please see the screenshot via Google Drive.

Unsure which settings will suffice and allow the images to load per usual. Images only load w/ Avast disabled.~jsk
Ash~
I disabled Avast anti-virus and everything is fine.
Go figure. Perhaps it treated said images as ads and blocked them?
Do I need Avast w/ a Chromebook?Is Custom Sidebars v1.3.1 compatible w/ WordPress v3.8?
Thank you!
Be well.

Ash~
Thank you for your swift reply!
I think it is an issue w/ the Google Chrome browser versus Custom Sidebars. I was unsure if Custom Sidebars v1.3.1 was compatible yet w/ WordPress v3.8.
The following pages are fine on multiple devices and every browser I tested…w/ the exception of Chrome.
Chrome does not load what ought to be loaded.

The #wrapper is now transparent.
Thank you.I respectfully request your help outlining the path in Suffusion Options to accomplish your #wrapper element and #header-container recommendations.
Thank you.
~jsk
Sayontan~
I adjusted the “post background” to transparent. I did not do anything
w/ the “wrapper.” My mistake.I did see the W3C tutorials re: “padding” but I was unsure if it would have any impact. I will certainly implement your instructions via Suffusion Options.
Thank you for your tireless support and your genius!!!
