Same here. Plugin was fine for months, then 10 minutes ago caching issues. Turning off the caching system does not fix it.

Disabling the plugin does… for now…

It went away after a while after I unchecked the 2012 box. I also changed the Disqus theme.

The comments should take 24 hours or so to export/import.
