I have found out where to change the email format. I haven’t figured out how to add a picture though but I haven’t tried just adding a simple html tag for an image. Either way I am trying to figure out how to get rid of/ change the email footer. Right now below my email it shows the HTML code for my website, instead of just a link to my website.. Any help in that area?

Ok so my fiirst suggestion for you would be to undo whatever you did to get the whole posts to show on the homepage. Put it back to the original way with excerpts, and then use the plugin advanced excerpts to get your whole post to show. It works much better and leaves most of the formatting entact. This might be all you need to do to fix this. Also inside the theme options there is an option to display meta. You should leave that checked as a yes. I used the changes you suggested to my CSS but I did not like the outcomes.. Nothing wrong with the code I just realized I dont mind the original widget size. I would still like the feature image area to change with the size of the image. Instead of the other way around. Haven’t found anything to fix that yet.

I have a comment link on my website home page under each post. I am not the best with this stuff but if you look at my site and see what I am talking about. If this is what you want let me know and I will try and help you the best I can.

It sounds like you would like to basically be able to comment on the home page?

I have a child theme installed. I have had one so no problems there!! ?? I will give this plug in a shot and let you know how it turns out. Thanks again for all the help. Also it would be a nice added option to the theme.

Got it!!! I had to put in this piece of code at the bottom of my style.css file. Maybe I deleted it at some point or something.

I just wanted to say thank you for all of the help and the chit chat. Also for the support of the military. It still scrolls on my ipad but oh well. I checked with a buddy of mine just to confirm and yes it does stay fixed on his desktop. So again thank you. I wonder if the code I had in there before worked I just couldn’t tell on my ipad. So is life. Haha.

If you look at my website you will see that I have changed a lot of the pink/red colors. I just want to change the last pieces and can’t find out where to do that at. I am on an ipad so can’t use firebug or Mozilla to help me out. Anyone know in which CSS these colors need to be changed? Especially the big bar across the top. Oh and the links. Thanks in advance.

It’s not scrolling on your browser? Or your saying that you put in the important tag and then it worked? I can’t wait to use firebug. I hear so many good things about. It’s still scrolling on safari and chrome apps.

It’s funny because as soon as I saw the !important tag in there I remembered I tried that already. I think it’s the last thing I tried before I went with the fade. I remember at one point having nothing inside my style file other than the necessities at the beginning and this piece of code. It may be worth mentioning that I could not use the themes/wordpress background editor. I could only do its in CSS. If I did it in wordpress it never changed. This may be normal I honestly don’t know. Haha

Yeah it is extremely annoying. Everything I have done on my website I have done it on here. I am in the Navy and currently stuck in Greece, can’t really complain though. I only have my ipad and I got bored so decided to fix my old blog. It’s been lots of fun and staying up late working on it.
I just tried your code at the bottom of my child’s style file and nothing. It is ok I think I’m gonna give up. Having the fade to black at the bottom of my background image has kind of grown on me so ill just leave it.
