You are right, but this is strange, because when I first set the featured image the og:image was still the favicon.
I just did it again in another page and og:image is still the favicon.

Does it take a while for the og:image to get updated? I am not talking about the facebook debugger but about the page source code.

Setting the featured image does not change the og:image.

has a featured image but the og:image is the favicon.

In documentation it says that:
g:image: From a specific custom field of the post/page, or if not set from the post/page featured/thumbnail image, or if it doesn’t exist from the first image in the post content, or if it doesn’t exist from the first image on the post media gallery, or if it doesn’t exist from the default image defined in the options menu.

In my case, both pages have an image in their content, and one of the pages has a featured image.

I have the same issue with file uploads. My installed version of the plugin is 1.5.4.
Is it going to be fixed by upgrading to 1.7.2 ?
