1. Enable the fixed price option: Woo Multi Currency > General> enable fixed price option
2. Set the fixed price for variable products: go to a variable product edit page > variation tab > add price, like this https://prnt.sc/r6owhu

Yes, the plugin works with a variable product.

If you use the fixed price:
1. Enable the fixed price option: Woo Multi Currency > General> enable fixed price option
2. Set the fixed price for variable products: go to a variable product edit page > variation tab > add price, like this https://prnt.sc/r6owhu

If you use the converted price
you just add the default currency price, the plugin will then convert currencies as the exchange rates
