It appears that you have isolated the issue to the Divi and Avada themes. Please be aware that WP Job Manager doesn’t fully support all third-party themes or all outdated themes. That said, the tips on this page might be useful:

We recently noticed that the recaptcha does not show when initially trying to post a job.?
Are you using reCAPTCHA v2 or v3? I would like to know so we can try to replicate this on our test sites.
Also, the submit button is missing. Now it shows preview and save draft. The settings are such that it does not need to be approved by admin.
This is the way it’s supposed to work.
The preview page shows the job details which have been submitted in the style of a single job listing. From the preview page, the user may click “Edit” to change the details of their listing, or “Submit” to submit their listing for viewing or approval (depending on your?settings).

If that doesn’t help, I suspect other plugins you may have installed on your site could be causing this issue. Could you try temporarily disabling all plugins and revert to a default theme??

I recommend testing things on a staging site rather than on your production (live) site. Many hosts provide a staging service, where you can do testing without affecting the live site. You can ask your host about this. If they don’t give you a staging site, you could try WP Staging or Duplicator:

First, temporarily switch to?Twenty Twenty-Three, which is one of the default WordPress themes. If things still don’t work properly with Twenty Twenty-Three, please try checking for conflicting plugins.

To do so, temporarily disable all plugins but WP Job Manager (and related addons), and see if the issue resolves. If it does, try activating your plugins one by one and try to reproduce the problem. If it comes back when you activate a particular plugin, you’ve found the culprit.

Also, please note that reCAPTCHA v3 works without user interaction. Instead of showing a CAPTCHA challenge, reCAPTCHA v3 returns a score. All you’ll see is the reCAPTCHA logo in the bottom right corner of your website.

If you still have trouble seeing company details, please share a screenshot showing what you entered in the fields.
The only email notifications that are sent by the WP Job Manager plugin can be found by going to Job Manager -> Settings -> Email Notifications. You can try disabling those emails.
If that doesn’t help, please paste the contents of an example email in your reply for us to see? Also, please share the subject of the email.
When you enable user registration on your WordPress site, the system automatically sends a notification email to the website’s admin whenever a new user signs up. This email is a standard WordPress feature.

Basically, WPJM itself isn’t doing the actual sending of email, so when it’s not being sent/received, there’s probably an issue somewhere else.
