Okay, this is a really tough one to figure out. Is it PHP related, and not WordPress?

Make sure that the …wp-content/uploads directory exists and has the correct permissions.

The image is a local one that I want to upload, then place the thumbnail into the message via the default inline image upload of WordPress. When you click on the thumbnail in the message, the larger image will be displayed.

Still cannot get this to work. Does anyone have a pointer to a how-to?
