Unfortunately, I have sent them a couple of emails. They replied to the very first email when I first purchased the product, but then no response on the other emails I sent. Their site has nothing but a poll. No other contact info.

It did in fact end up being a problem with the PHP server issue. I just didn’t have time to update my post ??

For anyone googling for other solutions, here is was mine…

My client was in a windows server. The directory didn’t have read/write permission for “IUSR” (which is the IIS user account), so session couldn’t be created. Works error free now, thanks!!

Actually it might be my provider’s PHP server. Will see about getting them to fix the session_start errors. Will post again if nothing comes of it.

If you want a temporary fix until he sends the update, you can just do what I did and set it to send the email before redirecting it to Paypal. Not ideal, since you will receive the email before receiving payment (if they complete it that is). But hopefully there will be a fix soon.
