I am having the same problem. I am using v. 2.0.3 of the plugin with WP 3.71. The settings page is blank. However, the buttons themselves seem to work on my site. I made the suggested change to wp-config.php, but it didn’t fix the problem.

I am also getting the first error:

ERROR: S3 Service API: Validation errors: [Prefix] must be of type string

My settings are the same as sireneweb, except I am not using reduced redundancy and I keep 30 backups instead of 3.

Solved my own problem–I chowned the directory containing my website to the Apache user. I’m not totally sure about the security of this, though!
