How can I delete this from the FTP side?

I keep seeing this in my files

mu-plugins-old-old-old-old-old-old
/p3-profiler

I also keep getting this error on the WordPress Admin Panel-side whenever I try and delete old directories. I have tried uninstalling the plugin, but this only happened after an update (around 2-3 months ago).

Delete: mu-plugins-old-old-old-old-old-old: Failed
Old directory removal failed for some reason. You may want to do this manually.

Any thoughts? I still cannot backup my website which in turn cannot update my website until then.

I tried using Pastebin, but it says “You have exceeded the maximum paste size of 512 kilobytes per paste. PRO users don’t have this limit!”. The log is 3.2 MB. How else could I send you the Backup Log?

Hi there, I’ve searched around and haven’t been able to find a direct answer/solution for my similar/particular problem.

I am using filezilla/FTP, and using Add From Server plugin to create images in my library (easier sorting on my end). That being said, I write out my files like the following so that it’s easier for the user/buyer to read/understand, but if I do this the file path is not secure/concealed and one could simply append another title and download that image (uploading images into a folder within uploads):

a.) Dubai City | Dubai, United Emirates_Color.JPG

If I upload to Worpress Media Library, it will convert my files to the following:

b.) dubai-city-dubai-united-emirates_color.jpg

which seems to (I assume) allow my file path to be concealed (which is great). Unfortunately, I do not want to upload to WordPress Media Library since it will rewrite my file names. My downlaodbable products file sizes range anywhere from 5MB – 60MB. Is there way to achieve this?

I have tried both Force Download and X-Accel-Redirect/X-Sendfile, but both options, when uploading through ftp, do not conceal the file path. I would greatly appreciate your help with this.

Same issue

I decided to restore my plugins from a previous version, but the problem will still persist. Thoughts?

Also, deleting the plugin does not bring back my website. Please Help!

I got the same thing. I just now wrote a post as well. Hopefully we who have this issue will get support soon! My website goes blank if I disable the plugin, so I must keep it activated WITH the error message :/

Hi, is there a fix/way to style that message? Could we switch the error pop up box just to be a line of (red) text by the variation instead?
