Hello. Thanks for your reply. I figured it out. I needed to wrap the “alerts” tag in a div to keep it in the proper location. Thanks for getting back to me!
Wasn’t obvious to me, but thanks! I rebuilt the form from scratch and that version works. Not sure why the original form decided to quit in the first place?
