Hello,

I had contact with The7 (the makers of the template) but they couldn’t help me in any way, shape, or form as nobody else has this issue. Instead, I requested Google to re-index my website. This is now roughly 11 or 12 days ago, but the problem still persists.

I just re-did the troubleshooting, see if I could replicate the problem, and yes: It’s still showing the template as the culprit.

I honestly can’t recall what addons I added around that time. I’m pretty sure I didn’t add any at all, nor had any updates of the template or any other addon. But as I’m not entirely sure when the problem started (it could have been in a timeperiod of 2 days) I can’t be 100% sure.

Is there a way I can show you the non-default stuff? Because I’m not entirely sure what you mean. There has been some code-editing (or adding really through elementor. I can’t code myself, but I got them from people who can and they’re only for text formatting and applied in january of february this year, so I highly doubt this is causing problems). Other than that I only used the settings within the template to configure it. I don’t think that could be considered as non-default?

I can confirm that the Themeforest The7 theme is causing the problem.
I’m wondering now if you or I can do something else? Or if I need to turn to the makers of the template?

Thank you for your answer! I did as you suggested. After enabling the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, I no longer see the errors in the incognito screen, but do in the normal one. I’m assuming that’s exactly why you let me use an incognito screen? And is it correct that only the incognito one looks like it’s a brand new website?
I’m asking because I never did anything like this. I wonder if I should undertake any action (disable the plugin for example) before continuing.

If I understand correctly, you no longer need the Site Health Information, right? I hope you can advice me further with this information.

1. I’m good doing it this way as there’s nothing significant going on in my site health info. It just says the following:
– ‘Have a default theme available’ (Something I edited after your message as I had quite a few idle ones which I removed just a second ago, not changing anything about the error).
– One or more recommended modules are missing: Imagick (image optimization) I already have Smush for that.
– And finally: ‘A scheduled event is late’. Apparently, that’s because I updated my theme today, causing my cron to not run perfectly. This shouldn’t be the cause of the error either for as far as I know. I don’t know though if this error has been there for longer.

2. I don’t see errors, the only one I see is the one on my dashboard in the ‘Site Kit Summary’ widget. When I actually visit my Site Kit Dashboard it displays the same error at ‘See how people find your website’. (Your traffic at a glance) and Aquisitions. It does show what links people use, but I think that it’s the visual table statistics that are broken. I haven’t seen this error anywhere else so far.

3. I do get a bunch of errors here:

you are right, at the time I didn’t have advertisements enabled in the posts through Advanced ads as I was experiencing some problems (a.k.a. lack of experience). There are auto-ads now, displaying on some pages only. I’m not sure why that is as I experience the exact same problem with the in-post ads I placed with Advanced Ads (through the Adsense tool you offer).

I’m pretty sure the issue is with Adsense as it occurs with both the auto-ads and the adsense eds generated through Advanced Ads. I was wondering though if you may have some insights on that matter?

All posts are written in the backend in the same way. The template I use for the posts is made by Elementor and I always use the same.

Hey Steven, thanks for your reply. I’m not sure how I did, else I would have reversed it. Instead I bypassed it by just removing and remaking the problematic page. Thanks for getting in touch! But the problem is solved for now!

I need to rephrase myself: Why doesn’t adsense display ads in áll of my sidebars, but only on that of my homepage and the forum?

Right, I was stupid, I used the wrong manual XD. So far it seems to work, I leave this thread open a little longer just in case I come across something else.

thank you I’m one step closer. I added tez.art.design at payment profile (that’s where I was directed to by the online manual). Tried to run the site kit again, but this time it says I need to make a few corrections. That correction is to close the account on lupine.essentials. Still not what I’m looking for.

So it does recognize the other account now, but it tells me to close it. There is still something going wrong.
Sadly, google only tells me how to close the other account, and not how to connect sitekit to the existing one.

I did some more digging:

– My google adsense ACCOUNT is connected to lupine.essentials, it has been for 10 years or so.

– LtL (the website) is connected to tez.art.design analytics
– LtL search console: I got a confirmation e-mail on tez.art.design. However, I get the exact same information when I switch between lupine and tez. (I have these two accounts connected so I can switch between one and the other with a few clicks).
– LtL page speed insights well, I can’t find any confirmation on where it is connected, no e-mails, no information on what it’s connected to. But as it works properly, I think that, just like the other things, it’s connected to tez.art.design, like it should.

So the real question is: Why does adsense keep me in the loop and doesn’t allow me to connect lupine.essentials? And how can I make it connect? Or should I be making a new adsense account with tez.art.design?

I’m pretty sure that is the case. I’m sorry for being unclear, I’m a bit new to this all.

When I go to analytics for example and click on the link Source: Analytics (bottom of the page) it redirects me to the page authuser-tez.art.design…. However, I don’t automatically get logged in.

My AdSense account is connected to lupine.essentials. (But sitekit won’t connect)

The search console does log in automatically, in the lupine.essentials account.

Page speed gives me no insights on the account but is properly connected to Analytics, which seems to be connected to tez.art.design.

I remember now, running through this all, that I have been messing around with analytics, because it was showing ‘popular content’ of other websites connected to my google adsense. It’s solved now, but I can’t remember what I did to make that happen. It might be that I made a new account specifically for this website, to avoid the mess. But in hindsight making it worse.
Could that be the cause?

Thanks, it doesn’t seem to be a conflict between the two, as in both cases (with the other disabled) they don’t show any results.
