thank you for your reply! Strangely, more people are complaining about the same problem, they’re not in my network or anything like that.
https://www.bestofbussum.nl is working like a charm
https://www.bestofbussum.nl/ondernemers sometimes is, sometimes isn’t (regardless of browser)
There’s a poll page out there (which I’m not gonna share here) that works like a charm
And then there’s this last page: https://www.bestofbussum.nl/social-media-fotoshoot-aanmelding that didn’t work before for most, but now at least works for me.

When I open https://www.bestofbussum.nl/ondernemers on my phone (samsung internet) it doesn’t work, even after emptying the cache. On Firefox (phone) it does. On my PC in Chrome and Firefox it works fine atm. Ege it doesn’t.
I’m so confused.

I have to add, maybe this is a clue, that 2 days back I changed the site name from https://www.bussumse-evenementen.nl to https://www.bestofbussum.nl, this included some server level changes. I don’t see how that would explain the erratic behavior throughout different browsers and among different users though?

Another question though, turns out these prices still show within the category (example here: https://www.njoyz.nl/product-category/luxe-koude-hapjes/) how would I remove those?

Ah our messages crossed, it doesn’t work there, as of now things in there look like this:

i tried the health check and troubleshooting mode, but even in the troubleshooting mode this problem occurs.

Will I have to set up the website from scratch if I re-install WordPress?

I found a way around this issue by starting a new article and then click on the WordPress logo. Then I do manage to get into All Posts, so the issue list exists and is accessible, only the button in the menu to the left seems to be broken.

The link that’s behind ‘All posts’ in Posts https://www.lifetolegend.com/wp-admin/edit.php and this one redirects me to a 404

Thank you for your reply! I use several optimizing programs so yea, there might be some overlap here and there. But I don’t use anything called Shortpixel, I wonder which app could be messing around because I rather uninstall that one than not use Jetpack.

They are:
– Autoptimize
– Converter for Media
– Smush
– WP-Optimize

I did however disable and test all of them but it didn’t resolve the problem.

Your suggestion however did work, so thank you for that! I hope it won’t affect the speed of my website any further because it already is very sad and not something I can solve myself other than with the help of functions like this one.

If you have any thoughts of what’s going on regarding this error and/or page speed I’d love to know. Ive been battling the page speed for almost a year now and nothing seems to work.

I normally use Microsoft Edge, but I tested it on Firefox and it doesn’t show there either. On firefox though it just shows as a box without any images in it where Edge shows it as a broken image (thumbnail).

I’m not sure what’s going on tbh, and didn’t find a way yet to resolve it. Would it be helpful if you could log in?

On your linked page, I don’t see 2 pictures right now. These are delivered via Jetpack and generate a HTTP status 400, so it seems to be a Jetpack issue. My recommendation would be to deactivate the plugin and see if it works better.

Hey James, I’m sorry, I was gone for a few days and it slipped my mind. I just did what you suggested and changed the PHP version on the server, and that fixed it. So, considering your earlier mention of someone else having the same problem, it seems to be a PHP related problem with the newest version available. One version older is no problem!
