Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I have now updated my local testing server to WordPress 3.9.1 and am using the latest version of the TwentyFourteen theme. NextGEN is also up to date. When I insert a gallery using the “Attach NextGEN Gallery to Post” button and go and test a page, I get a single, unresponsive thumbnail. I have no other plugins installed. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.

Hi Maeve,
I managed to resolve this by searching through older threads. All I needed to do was update the permalink structure under settings/permalinks. Thanks once again for a great plugin!!

Hi, I would like to confirm what Mr. McCormick is saying. I too, resisted upgrading this plugin for quite a while due to the reviews I was reading, but I must say that once I did, everything worked fine and integrated well on complex sites using quite a few other plugins.
I too, appreciate the hard work the Photocrati Development Team has put into this fantastic, free plugin.

I also wanted to let you know that I regularly used version 1.5 on multiple sites to create and store backups locally. ??

It would be great if future versions of your PayPal plugin would integrate smoothly with the NextGEN download gallery plugin, (especially if the fix is an easy one.) The download gallery is a nifty addition to the gallery itself and allows one to easily download large image files contained within a NextGEN gallery.

Hi once again. I just deactivated all the plugins in my site to check whether the Download Gallery would work on its own. I found out that the Dowload Gallery is interacting with one of the plugins I use (WP Simple PayPal Shopping Cart). It works fine with all the other plugins I use, but when I activate the Shopping Cart the message “This is not a valid template” shows up. If anyone has any suggestions for fixing this problem I’d appreciate it.

Thanks so much for your help. I just updated to NextGEN Gallery 2.0.17 but the problem is persisting. When I add the download gallery using the old short code [nggallery id=1 template=download] I get a message on the page saying “This is not a valid template”. I have no other plugins that integrate with NextGEN Gallery, though I am using 6 other plugins within my site. Am I using the right code? Thanky again for any suggestions or help.

Hi again… this problem was resolved when I installed the latest version (1.2.0) Thanks again for a great plugin.

I just checked the child theme I am using with the “Theme Check” plugin and it returned no errors. I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version (1.1.7) of the WP Backitup Lite plugin again but it continues to show the same errors. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks. ??

I just wanted to add that I am getting this error on just one WordPress Website I am working on. On several others, the plugin works just fine and I really love it. I thought it might be interacting with another installed plugin, but I deactivated everything I was using on the problematic website and tried activating only WP Backitup Lite. The error, however, persisted. Could it be the Child Theme I am using? Any ideas?
