Yes, the above issue is related to WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin, when I deactivate the plugin – is removed from my wp dashboard.

Same here @aimeelynne and @tdechangy plugin author should do something or explain why it’s happening… just misleading us with it’s https://vimeo.com/210744793 explaination how great the plugin is but when I installed this plugin, I found register link is missing.
