Thank you for responding, yes I am using Flatsome. I see the custom links area and the only two options it has to fill out is ‘url’ and ‘link text’, how would I add the image?

From my experience, you may want to check woocommerce system status and scroll all the way to make sure everything is up to date.

Also, if that doesn’t work, check in your child-themes folder you may have an old version of woocommerce stuck in there that needs to be deleted and then make sure the your woocommerce in your main theme folder is up to date (this was my ultimate issue).

One question: Can you tell if I need to update the child theme? I’m not sure if it’s updates separately from the main theme.

3. Yes, I even did stock quantity to see if it would help

I checked the woocommerce settings-product > inventory and stock management is enabled. Any other idea what the issue might be?
