UPDATE

I changed settings within the ‘Download After Email’ plugin and that showed ‘Subscribers’ for the Editor account with the White Label settings.

In ‘Download After Email’ plugin – ‘Access Restrictions’ select ‘Author’ instead of ‘Administrator’.

Hi @gsplugins thanks for all your help so far, unfortunately it still isn’t working for me

I am having the same issue after updating (including 3.1.3), currently showing a blank area on the homepage.
